A commercial litigation partner, Ms. Dubnow concentrates her practice in consumer litigation, particularly in the defense of class actions, on behalf of banks, automotive finance companies, mortgage lenders and servicers, and companies providing telecommunications services. She also counsels clients in connection with federal and state consumer protection laws and regulations.

Her experience includes handling claims arising under the Truth in Lending Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Consumer Leasing Act, FTC Holder Rule, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, federal and state racketeering statutes, state usury laws, and state consumer fraud and deceptive trade practices acts.

She routinely represents clients seeking to enforce arbitration agreements. She has appeared in state and federal courts across the country at the trial and appellate levels. She has also negotiated, documented and defended classwide settlements against objectors and on appeal.

Ms. Dubnow has spoken at numerous industry conferences on a variety of topics related to consumer financial services, litigation and regulatory developments.
