Ms. Atty's practice focuses on commercial leasing and the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. Her clients range from large multinational corporations to small local companies. She has negotiated and finalized in excess of one hundred communications leases for a major communications company in its national leasing program, closed multiple purchase and sale transactions for commercial properties across the United States and represents clients in the negotiation and documentation of complex real estate transactions. She has drafted and negotiated various real estate agreements including licenses and leases, easement agreements and purchase and sale contracts.
