Ms. Purvis practices in the areas of business acquisitions and divestitures, business and corporate law, and technology licensing. Her experience includes representing clients in connection with supply and distribution agreements, transportation and warehouse agreements, construction agreements, commercial, property and equipment leases, consulting and employment agreements, loan and security agreements, broker and sale representative agreements, and software licensing.

She is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, the Florida Bar, and the American Bar Association. Active in the community, she serves on the board of directors of the American Cancer Society and Quigley House, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Orange Park Sunrise. She is a graduate of Florida State University, B.S., magna cum laude, 1995; and the University of Florida, J.D., with honors, 1999. She is also a member of Phi Kappa Phi.
