Mr. Anderson is a trial lawyer who also serves as managing partner of the firm's Raleigh office. Anderson maintains an active trial practice regularly taking cases to jury verdict, representing commercial entities involved in a wide variety of litigation matters, as well as healthcare practitioners and institutions. Mr. Anderson's trial practice has been recognized by his election as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and as an Advocate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Over the years, a portion of Mr. Anderson's practice has been devoted to mass tort litigation arising from medical products, industrial accidents and toxic exposures.
