Mr. La Fratta has a wealth of experience on the "front end" of power generation projects, including power purchaser agreements, tolling agreements, EPC contracts, O&M contracts, equipment purchases and fuel contracts. He has negotiated some 20,000 MWs of power purchase and tolling contracts on behalf of both the power purchasers and developers of such projects.

He has represented developers of projects before utility commissions and in preparing bids, drafting and negotiating power purchase contracts and other project documents, and giving legal opinions for financings, as well as representing lenders to power projects. He has assisted several clients for "inside the fence" power projects for industrial facilities in several states.
