Mr. Maier now uses his multifunctional background as an electrical engineer, business manager and U.S. Army officer to promptly close technology, outsourcing, intellectual property and corporate transactions. Mr. Maier began his career as the engineer in charge of quality assurance teams that evaluating telecommunication, radio and voice systems across Europe. He then moved into the computer industry where he designed networks, installed software and configured applications while living in Denmark, Australia and Boston.

While called-up for Operations Enduring and Iraqi Freedom, he helped establish Iraq’s new judicial system by working directly with the Iraqi chief judge and numerous coalition attorneys to prosecute detainees through the newly created Central Criminal Court of Iraq. He also created a new capability being used by senior military and intelligence leaders in the global war on terrorism, was his task force’s senior IT manager, and managed a 150-person organization.
