Ms. Swicegood's national practice has allowed her to represent clients in all stages of litigation ranging from discovery to trial. Her representative domestic and international clients have included automotive and power tool manufacturers, manufactured housing companies, grill manufacturers and furniture manufacturers. She routinely counsels clients on risk management issues, including issues related to product labeling, warnings and instructions. She has also defended companies and organizations in premises liability and personal injury cases. Moreover, she focuses part of her practice on commercial litigation, including antitrust matters.

A significant portion of her practice is devoted to her role on the firm's consumer products safety commission team, representing clients during product recalls and before the CPSC on a variety of consumer product safety issues.
