She devotes much of her practice to advising clients outside the real estate industry in the acquisition and disposition, leasing, zoning, development and management of real estate facilities supporting their core businesses. In addition, Ms. Watson represents lenders and borrowers in connection with construction and permanent financing and is experienced in loan workouts and other transactions involving distressed real estate assets.
