Ms. Watson regularly represents corporations, developers, lenders and government entities in the purchase and sale, development, lease and finance of office, retail, industrial, residential, institutional and mixed use properties. She has advised clients in such diverse areas as the sale of air rights, the acquisition of railroad rights-of-way, and the construction of zero lot line developments.


Representative Matters
  • Represented one of the nation's largest cable operators in the lease and purchase of office facilities, retail service centers and hub sites in several states, including Texas, Ohio, New York, South Carolina and North Carolina.
  • Represented one of the nation's largest school districts in the acquisition and rezoning of elementary, middle and high school sites.
  • Served as borrower's local counsel in the $935 million acquisition financing of a regional hotel chain.
  • Represented one of the world's largest financial institutions in the purchase and development of new banking centers, addressing cross-easement, eminent domain and other development issues.
