Ms. Cloud has represented clients in state courts and before administrative agencies in cases involving title disputes, premises liability, transportation, corporate dissolution, breach of contract, and employment matters, and she has been a member of McGuireWoods teams specializing in environmental law, pharmaceuticals, and risk management for assisted living retirement communities. Prior to joining McGuireWoods, she spent a number of years in the publishing industry.
