Mr. Dow concentrates his practice in the area of public finance. He has a broad range of experience in taxable and tax-exempt transactions including the financing of solid waste disposal, environmental, energy, manufacturing, transportation and higher education facilities. In addition, he has participated in infrastructure financings involving tax increment and special tax revenue bonds, as well as general obligation issues.
