Deputy managing partner of McGuireWoods, Ms. Little practices in the areas of real estate law and public finance, including real estate lending, public/private partnerships, tax-exempt and taxable financings, mergers and acquisitions, portfolio transactions and financings and real estate development. She served as chair of McGuireWoods’ Real Estate and Environmental Department for several years.
Her practice includes lease finance and other off-balance sheet transactions, such as synthetic leases, sale-leasebacks, credit tenant loans of real estate and equipment, and structured transactions utilizing commercial paper conduits and other securitized loans.
