Ms. Hosmer concentrates her practice on banking, leasing and corporate law. Her work involves representing borrowers, lenders, lessors, lessees, equity participants, and agents in connection with transactions for the financing of aircraft, railcars, barges, real property, manufacturing facilities, power generation facilities, and miscellaneous equipment through leveraged leases, synthetic leases, including commercial paper-funded synthetic leases, true leases and loan structures.

In addition, her finance practice includes the representation of lenders and borrowers in connection with senior syndicated credit facility transactions. She also represents buyers and sellers in connection with purchases and sales of equipment such as aircraft and rail equipment.
