Mr. De Ridder concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, international business transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and reorganizations, securities and business law matters, and public and private debt financing. He focuses much of his practice on advising U.S. and European companies on general corporate and business law matters.
As a member of the Life Sciences Industry Group, he helps pharmaceutical and medical device companies develop business strategies for joint ventures and other development programs. He represents one of the leading worldwide developers and manufacturers of quick and efficient aerosol delivery products for patients with asthma, chronic lung disease, and cystic fibrosis.
He also devotes a significant portion of his practice to advising purchasers and sellers of business organizations. He assists clients in the structuring, financing, negotiation and consummation of business acquisitions and dispositions. Recent transactions have involved businesses headquartered throughout the United States, Europe, Asia and South America that have involved diverse industries.
