Mr. Van den Bulck is a member of the Brussels and Paris Bars, and practices in Belgium and France. He focuses on legal issues concerning copyrights, trademarks, domain names, patents, design protection, biotechnology, media and entertainment (including gaming and gambling), software and technology law, personal data and fair trade practices. He lectures on intellectual property at University Paris II (Pantheon-Assas), and Université de Strasbourg in France; and on intellectual property and IT at Telecom ParisTech.

He serves as panelist for domain name ".eu" and domain name ".be" disputes. He is a mediator recognized by the National Commission of Mediation. He is chairman of the Commission for Veterinarian Deontology of Pharma.be for the Belgian Pharmaceutical Industry Association.
