Mr. Van den Bulck focuses on legal issues concerning copyrights, trademarks, domain names, patents, design protection, biotechnology, media and entertainment, software and technology law, and fair trade practices. He lectures on intellectual property at University Paris II (Pantheon-Assas), and Robert Schuman University (Strasbourg) in France; and on intellectual property and IT at Telecom ParisTech.

He serves as panelist for domain name ".eu" and domain name ".be" disputes. He is chairman of the Commission for Veterinarian Deontology of Pharma.be for the Belgian Pharmaceutical Industry Association.
