Mr. Van den Bulck is a member of the Brussels and Paris Bars, and practices in Belgium and France. He focuses on legal issues concerning copyrights, trademarks, domain names, patents, design protection, biotechnology, media and entertainment (including gaming and gambling), software and technology law, personal data and fair trade practices.

He acts regularly as a mediator and arbitrator in intellectual property, information technology and commercial law.

He represents clients across a broad range of industries (consumer and industrial products, entertainment, technology and software, fashion and luxury goods and many others).

He lectures at the Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II (IP arbitration and mediation) and the Université de Strasbourg (software patents).
