Mr. Martinez focuses his practice in the area of real property law, and has experience in commercial leasing, financing and purchase and sale transactions.
Leasing Experience
His leasing experience includes representing landlords and tenants in connection with the leasing of office, retail and industrial buildings.
Financing Experience
He has extensive experience representing borrowers in connection with the financing of office, industrial and R&D properties. He has represented borrowers involved in the acquisition and refinancing of numerous commercial properties.
Purchase and Sale Experience
His experience includes representing purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties throughout California.
Wireless Telecommunications Leasing
He has represented Verizon Wireless and its predecessor companies in connection with numerous cell site transactions in California and other Western states. His representation has included negotiation and documentation of lease and sublease documents in connection with the monetization of the Vodafone-AirTouch U.S. telecommunications tower portfolio.
