Mr. McKeithen has experience in a variety of sophisticated financial transactions. He is actively involved in complex lending, and led his previous firm's lending and tax-exempt financing areas.
Having chaired uptown Charlotte development entities, he is active in urban development. He was instrumental in the development and construction of the Charlotte Performing Arts Center, the Charlotte Convention Center, the Carolina Panthers NFL Football Stadium, and the 30-story IJL Financial Center. He has personally developed two large uptown Charlotte residential projects, and renovated existing buildings for commercial and office use.
