Mr. Natarajan is co-chair of the firm's life sciences industry group and concentrates his practice on debt finance and lending transactions. He has negotiated and documented numerous syndicated, club and single lender credit facilities with specific emphasis in the middle market healthcare, life sciences, media and communications industries. His experience includes senior secured, cash flow and asset based facilities, second lien and mezzanine debt, acquisition financing and dividend recapitalizations. In addition, he has closed a variety of real estate finance transactions and has extensive experience in loan workouts and restructurings.
