Mr. Menson handles executive compensation and employee benefits related matters for publicly and privately held corporations, trusts, banks, insurance companies and various other entities.
He is the former chair of the Joint Committee on Employee Benefits of the American Bar Association -- the committee that coordinates employee benefits activities in five separate sections of the American Bar Association. He has been chair of the Employee Benefit and Executive Compensation Committee of the Business Law Section of the ABA, and chair of its Welfare Plan Subcommittee. He has also served as chair of the Illinois State Employee Benefit Section Council, and of the Employee Benefit Committee of the Chicago Bar Association.
He has been listed in Who's Who in American Law, and in Best Lawyers in America since its inception. He is also an active member of the Employee Benefit Committee of the Section of Taxation of the American Bar Association, and of the Employee Benefit Committee of the Section of Real Property Probate and Trust.
