Mr. Muckenfuss focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and motorsports law. He has tried cases to jury verdicts in state and federal courts in both North and South Carolina. He has represented Fortune 500 companies and large financial institutions in complex litigation matters. Mr. Muckenfuss has handled a variety of litigation matters including products liability actions, consumer credit card claims, bank related fraud actions, and other complex financial services claims.
In his motorsports practice, Mr. Muckenfuss represents drivers and team owners in NASCAR and has handled a wide variety of contract and litigation matters for his NASCAR clients. He is on the Board of Directors for the Greg Biffle Foundation, and is founder and CEO of the Children's Emergency Shelter Foundation. As a board member with the Greg Biffle Foundation, Mr. Muckenfuss works closely with NASCAR driver Greg Biffle and his wife, Nicole Biffle, in promoting the health and welfare of animals and providing financial support for animal shelters across the country.
