Mr. Cipolla has substantial experience advising clients with respect to tax-qualified retirement plans, nonprofit and governmental plans, employee welfare plans, executive compensation arrangements and employee benefit and executive compensation matters in corporate acquisitions, mergers and dispositions. He also represents clients before the IRS and the Department of Labor with respect to audits, determination letter requests, voluntary correction submissions, and other employee benefit-related matters.
