Ms. Esaw focuses her practice on counseling and representing management in the areas of employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour issues. Her practice includes litigation in the areas of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. She has represented management clients in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies. She has defended management clients in the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, and various state courts throughout Virginia.
