Mr. Page's focus is on litigation management and trial. He has appeared as lead counsel in state and federal courts in 42 states. Most recently, he has taken cases to verdict in Virginia, Texas, South Carolina, Kentucky and Alabama. He has tried cases involving a broad line of products from autos to nuclear steam supply systems, and has established litigation management systems for a number of product manufacturers.

He has a wealth of experience in the management and trial of professional liability cases. He is trained at and has participated in alternative dispute resolution including arbitration, mediation and mini trials. He is counsel to a number of healthcare providers and regularly advises hospitals on healthcare issues. Mr. Page has served on the firm's Board of Partners and as head of the environmental litigation group. He has served on the firm's Executive Committee, as head of the Litigation Department, and co-chair of the Strategic Planning Committee.
