Ms. Edison focuses on commercial bankruptcy, insolvency and creditors' rights. She is experienced in the representation of corporate debtors and creditors in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. Her clients have included small businesses, major corporations and court-appointed committees. She is also experienced in commercial insurance coverage litigation and complex commercial litigation.

She currently represents the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of CEP Holdings, LLC, et al., in CEP's chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. CEP and its affiliates are custom molders and extruders of rubber and plastic products, primarily for the OEM automotive market. Ms. Edison represents Skinner Engine Company, Inc. in a chapter 11 asbestos bankruptcy and the official committees of unsecured creditors in the chapter 11 cases of North American Refractories Company, et al., and Global Industrial Technologies, Inc., et al. She also frequently represents former officers and directors of debtors in bankruptcy proceedings with respect to insurance coverage and indemnification matters.
