Ms. Henderson practices in the area of commercial real estate transactions, focusing primarily on industrial properties and supply chain real estate for corporate clients, including distribution facilities for the construction aggregates industry. She has extensive experience in site acquisition, development, disposition, and leasing for all types of industrial and business properties, including warehousing, surface mining operations and distribution and processing facilities.

Ms. Henderson also counsels financial services clients in the credit union industry, and has represented both federally chartered and state chartered credit unions and their credit union service organizations in all facets of their operation and structure. This includes compliance with consumer finance regulations and contracts relating to consumer credit and payment products. She also has substantial experience in site acquisition and development for credit union facilities.
