Ms. Bowen advises physicians, ambulatory surgery centers, radiation therapy providers, hospitals and other healthcare providers on matters related to federal and state regulatory compliance, licensure, employment and recruitment, self-referral prohibitions, anti-kickback, EMTALA, Medicare, Medicaid and facility development. She represents clients in certificate of need matters from the filing of the initial application through judicial review.
Her experience also includes representing clients in contract disputes and eminent domain issues.
