Ms. Lake is a qualified TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner) and works within the firm's Tax and Private Client Department, focusing on advising high net worth clients on complex cross-border tax issues and estate planning. She also assists clients with asset protection strategies, both onshore and offshore, and has experience advising UK nonprofit organizations on optimal structures. She also has experience in citizenship and residence planning, and international trust planning. She has advised clients from around the world, and has worked in Toronto, Zurich and London. Having initially trained as a Barrister, she is qualified as a solicitor.
