Mr. Gold's legal background includes extensive experience both in business law counseling and in information technology matters. His information technology experience includes a variety of strategic and commercial software licensing, large-scale systems procurement and development matters, strategic alliances, and Internet commerce matters.
His corporate and business law experience includes representation of public and private companies ranging from large, established businesses to entrepreneurial technology providers in the software and wireless communications fields. It also includes experience in public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. Mr. Gold also has a background in computer programming and systems analysis.
