Ms. Tarnower concentrates her practice in the area of real estate finance, focusing on commercial real estate loans, servicing and sub-servicing issues, and the resolution of non-performing or sub-performing loans. She also handles commercial leasing transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, she spent eight years as in-house counsel for GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corporation (prev. CapMark Services, L.P.) and AMRESCO, Inc. where she acquired a broad knowledge of commercial and agency loan origination practices and of the servicing, sub-servicing and special servicing industries. She was also assistant general counsel at the Atlanta Housing Authority, which provided her with further real estate and HUD lending experience.
