Mr. Stallings concentrates in healthcare law including healthcare contracts, state and federal self-referral and fraud and abuse prohibitions, medical staff privileges, professional and facility licensure, state and federal privacy and confidentiality requirements, managed care, Medicaid, Medicare, and third-party reimbursement and regulation, healthcare litigation, and certificate of public need matters.
He is a past chairman of the Board of Governors of the Virginia State Bar's Health Law Section and also served as vice chair, secretary, and newsletter editor of the section. Mr. Stallings currently serves on the Health Law Section Council of the Virginia Bar Association.
