Mr. Word has practiced tax and fiduciary law and trust banking law for more than 35 years. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. degree in 1959, and from the University of Richmond with an LL.B. degree in 1961. He has extensive experience in advising families on wealth conservation and transfer programs. He is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and is admitted to practice in Virginia.
