Mr. Speelman focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate restructurings. He assists sellers and buyers with private M&A transactions in competitive auction processes led by investment banks or otherwise, as well as management and private equity venture capital funds with acquisitions, investments and management buy-outs. He also works with issuers and investment banks in the framework of capital markets transactions such as initial and secondary public offerings and private placements.

Mr. Speelman advises private and publicly listed companies with respect to corporate governance and payment institutions on regulatory aspects related to offering payment services.
