His information technology experience includes software licensing, OEM and value added reseller relationships, and strategic alliance and joint venture transactions. His experience in projects and international transactions includes experience in steel mills and downstream oil and petroleum products businesses, and in representing foreign investors in the United States and structuring international projects.
