Mr. O'Grady advises technology and growth companies in forming, structuring and financing business organizations, and in information technology matters. He focuses on assisting clients in achieving their business objectives, finding practical solutions to complex issues, and making informed business decisions. His clients include software, Internet, technology and communications companies, ranging from early stage to mature. His technology and communications practice includes software licensing, IT services, intellectual property issues associated with IT development and services, and joint development agreement with respect to intellectual property. His corporate finance and business law experience includes private placements, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions, and forming, structuring and financing business organizations. His information technology experience includes software licensing, OEM and value added reseller relationships, and strategic alliance and joint venture transactions. His experience in projects and international transactions includes experience in steel mills and downstream oil and petroleum products businesses, and in representing foreign investors in the United States and structuring international projects.
