Mr. Comeau assists clients with the management, leasing, sale and purchase of all types of commercial real estate. Combining his technical background and experience with his practice, he assists clients in conducting preliminary environmental due diligence for property transactions including review of Phase I environmental studies, existing environmental contamination, property use restrictions and negotiation of appropriate terms to minimize and allocate the risk and liability associated with the redevelopment of brownfield properties. Mr. Comeau also negotiates and prepares instruments and agreements necessary for the development and management of client's properties and projects.
