Mr. Dunn's experience includes assisting clients with the preparation and negotiation of power purchase and sale agreements, tolling agreements, master forward trading agreements and related credit support agreements and annexes (ISDA, NAESB, etc.), operation and maintenance contracts, long-term service agreements (LTSAs), interconnection agreements and equipment purchases.
He also has extensive experience assisting clients with the negotiation and drafting of contracts for engineering, procurement and construction of large scale construction projects. Examples include coal fired power plants and supporting facilities, gas plants, ocean side terminals, storage facilities, nuclear power plants and other projects, such as luxury hotels, office buildings and public use space. He routinely drafts sample contracts for inclusion in RFPs and assists in bid evaluation, as well as negotiation with successful bidders and contract administration during construction.
