Mr. Zirkle has extensive experience handling complex commercial litigation in a variety of areas including patent and intellectual property disputes, federal and state securities claims, professional malpractice and commercial contract disputes.
His experience includes the defense of accounting firms against claims of professional malpractice, and the defense of financial institutions and their management. He has handled patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and other intellectual property litigation including disputes arising from computer software development projects. He has tried trademark and other intellectual property cases both with and without juries, including the successful defense of manufacturers against trade dress infringement claims.
