Ms. Spanbauer's practice includes residential mortgage loan acquisition and securitization transactions, correspondent lending programs, warehouse lending/repurchase facilities, corporate trust, custody and escrow arrangements. Most recently, she has represented the corporate trust administration and business transaction services lines of business for a major financial institution with respect to a variety of transactional, bankruptcy, litigation and other issues relating to the administration of those businesses during the financial crisis.

She also has experience with matters related to syndicated lending transactions, mortgage servicing, commercial real estate securitization transactions and distressed debt trading.
