Mr. King has an extensive background in the litigation of commercial and products liability cases, and he has specialized in the management of national products liability defense litigation for more than 30 years. His primary emphasis is in the representation of manufacturers of consumer and industrial products including automobiles and automotive components, chemicals, and industrial equipment.
He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Bar Foundation; and he has served on numerous committees of the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Virginia Bar Association. Mr. King has authored a number of articles and has lectured on numerous occasions on the management of national mass litigation.
