Mr. Slone represents developers and communities in overcoming the land use and environmental permitting impediments to small and large-scale projects such as new towns, utilities, and industrial facilities. He also provides a wide range of services for developers of New Urban and sustainable projects with a related focus on the convergence of communication, power and essential services. He has assisted clients in dealing with wetland permitting and enforcement for more than a decade and a half.
