Mr. Bracey practices in the areas of wealth transfers, estate planning, estate and trust administration, and related tax areas. He has lectured at the University of Virginia on estate planning and at various continuing legal education programs. He received a B.S. degree, with honors, in 1961 from North Carolina State College; and an LL.B. degree from the University of Virginia in 1967, where he was on the editorial board of the Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. Mr. Bracey is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and serves as counsel to, and on the board of, several tax-exempt organizations, both large and small.
