Mr. Rogers' practice includes banking and corporate finance, real estate and energy. He represents financial institutions, mezzanine lenders, equity providers, borrowers and issuers in connection with a variety of financing transactions including investment grade credits, leveraged acquisitions, project financings and private placements. His experience in these areas includes financing power generation assets, manufacturing facilities and technology companies.

As part of his real estate practice, he represents lenders and developers in connection with the acquisition, financing, development and leasing of commercial real estate assets. His experience in this area includes real estate investment trusts, commercial shopping center developments, build-to-suit transactions and joint ventures. He is head of the firm's Charlotte Real Estate and Environmental Department and chairman of the firm's Associates Committee.
