Mr. Rogers' practice includes energy and project finance, banking and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate. He represents financial institutions, mezzanine lenders, equity providers, borrowers and issuers in connection with a variety of financing transactions including investment grade credits, leveraged acquisitions, project financings and private placements. His experience in these areas includes financing power generation assets, manufacturing facilities and technology companies.

Mr. Rogers' mergers and acquisitions experience includes representing buyers and sellers in middle market private equity transactions. As part of his real estate practice, he represents lenders and developers in connection with the acquisition, financing, development and leasing of commercial real estate assets.
