Mr. Lusk has represented investment funds and portfolio companies in all types of private equity transactions from venture to mezzanine to buyout transactions. He also has substantial experience counseling fund managers in all aspects of fund formation.
In addition, he has developed a substantial practice in the areas of complex financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate representation for public and private companies ranging from Fortune 100 companies to early stage and emerging growth companies. Mr. Lusk also has significant experience in structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial real estate joint ventures.
