Mr. Younger represents management in the areas of employment discrimination, union-management relations, international employment, executive employment contracts, and government regulation of the employment relationship. His more than 30 years of labor and employment law experience includes employment litigation in federal and state courts throughout the country. He is experienced in alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.

He also represents employers before administrative agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board, the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and Wage and Hour Division, and state and local equal employment opportunity agencies.

Mr. Younger was inducted as a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers in 1998. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for labor and employment law for more than 25 years, since its inception. He is listed in Chambers USA, and U.K.-based Who's Who Legal for labor and employment law.

He is a past member of the board of directors of Lex Mundi, a global association of 165 independent law firms. He was the president of the Labour Law Commission of the Union Internationale des Avocats for 2000 to 2003, and is a former member of the UIA's governing board. Mr. Younger is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association and its International Labor Law Committee. He is also a member of the American Bar Association Litigation Section. He is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, and from 1987 to 1990 chaired the Association's Section on Labor and Employment Law.
