Ms. Ross is responsible for the firm’s office operations functions including space planning, real estate and facilities; office management and support; secretarial support; and business services. She works closely with all levels of firm management and personnel to provide proper and efficient support levels; develop and implement cost-effective business initiatives; and secure, develop and maintain the firm’s facilities.

She has 20 years of experience with law firms and the federal court system in various facets of administration including technology, analysis, personnel, finance and budgeting, and management. Prior to joining McGuireWoods, she was the assistant systems manager at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina where she was honored with a technical internship at the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts in Washington, D.C.
