Government Relations

In our Washington, D.C. office our wholly owned subsidiary of the firm, McGuireWoods Consulting, headed by former Congressman L.F. Payne, provides U.S. and foreign corporations with a comprehensive government relations practice before the U.S. Congress and all federal departments and agencies. They also provide contacts with multinational institutions headquartered in Washington and they are developing contacts with state governments and agencies in several East Coast states. In addition, several attorneys in the firm maintain close working relationships with senior government officials and members of Congress, and with staff members on committees and subcommittees that are important to their clients.

Our Brussels office often represents clients before various administrative panels and agencies of the European Commission.
