Joint Ventures

We have negotiated numerous international joint ventures, either for foreign governments or for U.S. or foreign enterprises. We have created joint ventures in China, Kazakhstan and the Ukraine, we have represented a U.S. oil company in an Indonesian joint venture, and we have represented two Bermuda-based joint ventures set up by a private English merchant bank, one with a U.S. defense contractor and the other with a U.S. aircraft manufacturer, to handle counter-trade financed sales of their products overseas. We also have substantial experience in international telecommunications joint ventures.
