Specifically, their article describes the scope of the guidance, and summarizes some of its contents, including the types of chemicals covered and the process for screening out sites. The article also outlines some lingering questions and concerns with the new guidance, including that it does not clearly tell responsible parties how to handle sites that are already closed.
