The Firm has managed wetlands, endangered species and archaeological issues for this community, as well as advising on voice, video and data and distributed power issues. McGuireWoods has negotiated water and waste water contracts and the financing for the project. McGuireWoods has drafted homeowner association documents and a Community Code (implementing the architecture and design codes as well as sustainable development features). The Firm has assisted the project with intellectual property issues.
