AP Interviews Pat Rowan on White House Report on Security Lapses

Partner Pat Rowan (Government, Regulatory and Criminal Investigations, Washington, D.C.) was interviewed by the Associated Press regarding a White House report on the security lapses that failed to stop alleged al-Qaida operative Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab from boarding a Detroit-bound plane on Christmas Day 2009. Rowan, a former Associate Attorney General with the Justice Department in the National Security Division, provided analysis on the challenges facing the intelligence community when trying to detect and disrupt terrorism plots.
