Paul Stockman Quoted on NPR Discussing the Robinson Township Decision

November 10, 2015

Pittsburgh partner Paul Stockman recently talked to the Philadelphia NPR station about the implications of the Robinson Township decision, the controversial environmental ruling by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court that invalidated the state’s efforts to regulate land uses associated with oil and gas operations on a uniform statewide basis.

Stockman, who has previously written about the Robinson Township v. Commonwealth case, explained the reasons industry and government attorneys didn’t like the decision. The text of the broadcast is posted under the headline “Supreme Court race could hold the key to future environmental rulings” on the NPR site State Impact.
