Matthew Hall Comments on Water Tanks Bid-Rigging Civil Case in UK

A March 21 Global Competition Review story, “UK imposes seven-figure fines in water tanks investigation,” quotes Brussels partner Matthew Hall on recent enforcement actions by the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority against three companies accused of participating in a water tanks cartel.
